PRICING PLANS
REGULAR PRICING (GROUPS OF 4)
MONTHLY FEE STRUCTURE
Pricing for the junior academy (when it re-opens will be a fee of R700 per month for 4-on 1 coaching.
The monthly fee structure is to reduce admin time and also is necessary as sessions missed for various reasons outside of our control actually affect the running of the Academy as our costs remain, even if the participant does not attend.
If a student misses sessions due to a long-term illness or injury dispenation will be allowed or sessions can be made up, if available.
PLEASE NOTE
The Academy runs throughout the school holidays.(Except part of Dec/Jan, notified each year)
We DO NOT close on Public Holidays.
The pricing covers 4 or 5 one hour sessions per calendar month
If, for any reason, the Academy has to cancel sessions, a pro-rata reduction will be made accordingly.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment will be necessary within 7 days of invoicing at the start of each month to confirm the participant’s place. This will be strictly enforced as we to pay a significant proportion of our costs in advance.
Participants will be charged to validate and confirm their weekly time slot. If unable to attend and not paid up, the Academy will replace the student until another slot becomes available.
